The Theater of One Shenderovich: Creative Encounters with Viktor Shenderovich in Germany 2025
In November 2025, creative evenings with the renowned writer, satirist, and publicist Viktor Shenderovich will take place in Germany. The author will present his unique program “The Theater of One Shenderovich”, which combines theatrical memories, satire, and live performance.
About the Program
Viktor Shenderovich will share stories about his theatrical past: from student skits and actor portraits to personal memories and “three puds of nostalgia.”
The main highlight of the evening will be the author’s performance of the play “The Concept”, written in 2013. The author himself defined the genre as a “periodic comedy”: the characters are named after elements of the periodic table – Cesium, Lithium, Zirconium, Palladium… This artistic device fills the play with ironic allusions and contemporary meanings.
After the play, there will be a presentation of the bilingual collection of aphorisms “Избитые истины / Tired truths”, as well as an autograph session. The audience will have a rare opportunity to interact with the author personally and ask questions.
